Threads resemble Twitter but have crucial differences in content lifespan and consumption patterns. Unlike Twitter's 24-hour content lifespan, Threads content thrives for a brisk 1-2 hours. This calls for more frequent posts but with the liberty of being concise. Here's my step-by-step guide to acing content strategy on Threads:

1. Post Quality Over Quantity: With the faster content lifecycle, it's tempting to post more frequently. However, don't sacrifice quality for quantity. Concise, valuable posts are the way to go. Remember, while long-form content struggles to shine on Threads, short, impactful messages resonate.

2. Beware of Engagement Farming: Engagement farming is rampant as the platform is in its infancy. While it may seem like a quick way to grow, followers don't equate to a genuine audience. Experiment with diverse content forms, but avoid becoming just another engagement farmer. Using the “occasional engagement farm” is okay, but don’t lose your brand voice and value.
